Caveats
SDG indicator 4.1.4 methodology (the rate, not the raw headcount -- UIS's companion code OFST.1.CP carries the absolute number of children instead and is not curated here). Nepal's series falls sharply from ~43% in 1983 to under 2% in most years since 2011, a genuine long-run access gain, not a data artefact; coverage is sparse (18 of 43 possible years) rather than annual, typical of a survey/census-anchored UIS estimate.
