Caveats
Reported only in ILOSTAT's national labour force survey years, not annually (for Nepal: 2008 at 99.6%, 2017 at 81.5%); new to Groundfact, no second source to cross-check against yet. Nepal's informal employment share is among the highest in South Asia, reflecting the scale of subsistence agriculture and unregistered household enterprise -- pair with employment_agriculture_share for context.
