Caveats
Distinct from the net/gross enrolment indicators above: this measures whether children who ever start primary school actually finish it, not how many are currently enrolled. Nepal's series rises steadily from ~52% (2001) to ~86% (2021); only 7 data points across two decades -- UIS derives this from household survey/census rounds, not annual administrative reporting.
