Reconciliation note: UN SDG 3.b.1 (SH_ACS_DTP3, "3 doses of DPT vaccine") and World Bank's SH.IMM.IDPT both trace to WHO/UNICEF WUENIC coverage estimates and matched exactly for every overlapping Nepal year checked (2018-2024, 72-97%) -- a real gap would point to one side lagging the other's latest WUENIC revision.

Verified live: Nepal at 90-97% for 2021-2024, one of the more complete and current WB series for Nepal.
