Sources¶
The public licence register (spec §5.5): every source Groundfact ingests from, generated from semantic/sources/*.yml and semantic/indicators/*.yml -- do not hand-edit. This is conformed.licence_register, rendered for reading rather than joining.
Re-hosted is whether Groundfact serves its own copy of a source's data at all. Where it says "no", every download link and citation for that source points at the origin, never at a Groundfact-served copy, regardless of what any other column implies.
